Set your promotion thresholds at Settings → Belt Promotion Rules. Each belt has a minimum attendance count; BoxOps highlights members who cross the threshold on their profile with a "Ready to test" badge.
For staff ranks (Instructor, Coach, Head Instructor, etc.) use Settings → Roles & Module Access.
